Grouped Therapy  for and connection, learning, and  personal enrichment are Calibrate C&C's unique compassionate  initiative:   Perhaps you aren't sure if counselling is what you need, yet  questions about life changing matters persist? Confidential group support, personal-learning materials, and  focused enrichment groups  are available at Calibrate C&C.   Each are  composed to offer safe space  so you may consult on a wide range of topics. A holistic and theocentric  approach is applied to  accommodate all of the elements of who you are  in your own "becoming process."     Here are a few group focused  programs Calibrate C&C offers as a  specialized  community service.

​GROWTH GROUP- engages adult women experiencing lifestyle adjustments that require supportive solutions to fulfillment beyond the challenges of what they currently face.  Growth Group supports women facing or reorienting to  new identity paradigms like navigating retirement, personal recovery, becoming a new parent, grief due to loss or abandonment, full-time caregiving, or ordered leave-of-absence.  These are just a  few of the wide array of examples you may consider engaging, in a Growth Group.

Growth Group meets weekly each Thursday  from 10am-12am at 196 Davis St. Sarnia, and is a free community initiative for women.

THE HEM- engages young women under age 30 years, through adjustment and solution focused approaches to single parenthood. The Hem provides 1:1 support by way of care-givers devoted to women-led families seeking life-skills learning,  communication skills/strategies for effective parenting, and a safe place of community with like minded peers or other single parents.  The Hem is a charitably supported program currently in development, with a start date tbd in 2026.  Please enquire about where/how to donate to our partner non-profit for the realization of this much needed community initiative.
