Wellness, and Focus Groups  for self enrichment is Calibrate C&C's unique compassionate  initiative:   Perhaps you aren't sure if counselling is what you need, yet  questions about life changing matters persist? Our confidential group  sessions and our monthly group symposium "Circle of Truth" happen year-round. They are  composed in a manner which offers safe space to consult on a wide range of topics. We apply a hollistic and theocentric  approach to group counsel, so that you feel accommodated by exploring all of the elements of who you are, because we believe in your "becoming process."     Here are a few group focused  programs Calibrate C&C offers as a  specialized  community service:

​GROWTH GROUP- engages adult women in adjustment & solutions to fulfillment beyond traditional career-focused lifestyles.  Growth Group supports women facing new identity paradigms akin to staying-at-home/homemaking, navigating retirement, full-time caregiving, or ordered leave-of-absence.

Growth Group meets on the first and last Thursdays of every month  from 10am-12am at 204 East St. North, Sarnia, and is a free community initiative for women.

 

THE HEM- engages young women under age 30 years, through adjustment and solution focused approaches to single parenthood. The Hem provides 1:1 support by way of care-givers devoted to women-led families seeking life-skills learning,  communication skills/strategies for effective parenting, and a safe place of community with like minded peers or other single parents.  The Hem is a charitably supported program currently in development, with an anticipated start date in Winter 2025-2026.  Please enquire about where/how to donate to our partner non-profit for the realization of this much needed community initiative.
