Group Therapy is a  year-round service of  Calibrate Community Ministries. Contact us to  enquire.

Grouped Therapy  for and connection, learning, and  personal enrichment are a part of our presence-focused  initiatives:   Perhaps you aren't sure if counselling is what you need, yet  questions about life changing matters persist? Group counselling, or focused enrichment groups offer new ways for growth, new ways of thinking, and connection with others.  During each session, a holistic and theocentric  approach is applied to  the elements of who you are  in your own "becoming process."  Here are a few focus groups offered on site and in community. ​GROWTH GROUP for women: A weekly group for those experiencing lifestyle adjustments, or who seek fulfillment beyond the challenges of what they currently face.  Growth Group supports women in a theocentric context  facing new identity paradigms such as retirement, personal recovery, familial changes, full-time caregiving, or career leave-of-absence, or transitions with housing.  These are examples of the reasons you may consider joining in a Growth Group.

LIFE THREADS for men & women: A Focus Group that is hosted at RCV, in  4 Week intervals, tailored to the needs of those experiencing  and moving beyond homelessness.  Call 519.808.4020 to enquire.

COMING SOON: THE HEM- engages young women under 30 years who are first time pregnant or parenting singly or with minimal support. The Hem provides 1:1 support devoted to women led families seeking life-skills learning,  communication strategies, and connection for effective parenting. The Hem offers a safe community for new mothers and mothers-to-be to meet weekly.
